Mumblings

We do have the weirdest weather in Manila. It can't seem to make up its mind.

It was a humid Monday night with barely a breeze in the air.

A very promising Tuesday, the morning sun promptly making its (heated) presence felt.

Midday, the sky turns dark, the mood downcast, the air cold. Minutes later, the heavy clouds give way.

An hour-long downpour.

Now, three hours later, I look out the window and the sun shows up again, drying up the puddles that muddied my floral shoes earlier (I just had to say that! Ha ha ha).

When I think about it, life mirrors today’s changing condition .…..

But I think it mirrors a woman’s mood swings even more.

(A woman speaketh). =D

That was weird weather today! Even had the electricity out in the office (for a few minutes) during the downpour. Thought there was going to be a coup :-) Would've been an event...but I guess it can't beat mood swings and floral shoes :-) Cheers!

If I were to write/say something like that I'd get flamed for being sexist! oh well, I still echo the sentiment

All things considered, i think i am pretty much in control of my moods dont you think? well? ... never mind... blame it on the recurring hormonal thingamajig.

he, he.... i want to see those shoes - the floral one and the 1.5-inch light brown shoes. Well, i guess, wearing nice shoes lifts up a woman's confidence (kahit temporary lang) amidst the crowd-whether under the weirdest condition or walking on the weirdest side roads we have in metro:-)
sometimes men don't understand our mood swings. pero believe me,tokayo, our unpredictable moods challenge them. How boring naman kung alam na nila kung anong isusuot natin sa date (depends on our mood), di ba?

Agree, agree! :-) Weather=woman's moods. It also explains why every month, there seems to be a storm. haha
